From 2008 to 2011, she did her research in the field of zirconia in the department of dental biomaterial, Paris 5 University (France) and obtained the title of PhD at Liege University (Belgium) and Paris 13 University (France). Her research is focalised on dental ceramics specially zirconia,

CAD-CAM composites, and minimally invasive treatment, with digital protocols. Her clinical practice is focused on aesthetic, minimally invasive restorative dentistry and the management of full oral rehabilitation on teeh and implants. Biomaterials and parafunctions

From metal-ceramic to zirconia, from enamelling to monolithic restorations, from classic composites to hybrid ceramics, from handmade to CFAO: the evolution of materials and digital technologies has changed the way of using prosthesis. What is the impact of these developments on the treatment for patients with bruxism? What do the new materials really bring? This presentation will focus on the new composites CFAO and hybrid ceramics and will introduce a practical classification of the different available products on the market, their specific properties compared to other materials, as well as the innovative nature of "PICNs" (Polymer Infiltrated Ceramic Network). Their specific contribution in the context of bruxism and the treatment of wear will be underlined, especially their contribution to the development of innovative and minimally invasive therapeutic strategies. Based on the latest research results and exemplified by a series of clinical cases, this presentation will highlight the myths as the realities associated with the last revolutions.associés aux dernières révolutions.
